Astrology”.
In
today’s lesson we are going to discuss another secrets and beauty of Nadi
Astrology i.e. the core logic and reason behind Exaltation and Debilitation of
Planets. I urge my viewers to watch the full

the beauty secrets of Nadi Astrology, which you may have never realized before.
Let’s going on...
In Astrology especially in Nadi Astrology we frequently discuss
about planets Exaltation and Debilitation, and given prime importance during
the time of Horoscope analysis. But most of the Astro-learners do not know the
logic and reason behind this, like why Saturn got debilitated in Aries in the
sign of Mars but Mars exalted in Capricorn belonging to the sign of Saturn as
both these are enemies, Venus got debilitated in Virgo inspite having Venus and
Mercury are good friends etc. In the sign of exaltation, the planet acts freely
as per its natural influence and delivers positive results in human life. But,
in the sign of debilitation, the planet cannot acts freely because the nature
of sign’s influence does not support with the nature of planets. Only Mercury
is the planet who has exaltation in his own sign Virgo, which is ruled by
Mercury itself, otherwise rest of the planets, the signs of exaltation are
different from the signs which are ruled by those planets. Every planets gets
debilitation in opposite sign of their exaltation. Now we will try to find out
the core reason behind exaltation and debilitation of planets.
►SUN : As we know Sun gets exalted in Aries and debilitated in Libra.
Aries is the commander & a King will be honoured in his house. Sun is the
Concept of soul which requires power, where Mars is power. Sun denotes the fire
element, though Mars also denotes the fire. Sun’s fire gets support with sign
fire and it gives the best direction to Sun for using the fire element like
strong will, ambition, determination and leadership on the higher level. Sun in
Aries gives independence, clarity, strong judgment and high values. Therefore,
Sun is exalted in Aries.
On other hand when Sun is placed in Libra, Libra denotes air
element, and here the energy of sun is being uncontrolled like fire in a
forest, that will destroy everything and being uncontrolled, it gives materialistic
pleasures, like a King who is using his power to get pleasures only. So here
Sun is weak and it will give arrogance nature, poor perception, lack of
intelligence, low vitality and dishonesty. Therefore, Sun is debilitated in
Libra.
►MOON : Moon gets exalted in Taurus and debilitated in Scorpio. Moon is
exalted in Taurus- Taurus is Vrishabha- Moon is the embodying concept of
Goddess Mother Parvathi and Goddess Mother is considered as Vrishabha Vahane –
also Taurus is the sign of daughter-in-law i.e. Venus for Moon. Moon represents
water (Emotion) and Taurus is a fixed sign with earth element. When water flows
through earth, it will fertile the earth and all living things, like we give
water to plants. Therefore, Moon is exalted in Taurus.
Scorpio is a fixed sign but with water element. When Moon is
placed in Scorpio, Water of moon and Scorpio produce excess of water like
flood, which destroy everything due un-balanced emotions. Such kind native
become extra – emotional, less will power, which will show personality
disorders, difficulties in relating to other people and emotional disturbances.
But this is good for occult practitioners and Yogis. Hence Moon is debilitated
in Scorpio.
►MARS
: Male is exalted in Capricorn. Cancer is the sign of Moon who is mother
to Mars - Mars is the son of Moon. 7th to Cancer, there is Capricorn - i.e.,
the sign of Lord Eswara means Lord Shiva - The question is how Mars can be
exalted in the house of Lord Eswara- the reason is Cancer is the sign of Mother
- Capricorn is the sign of father to Mars. Mars is the causative planet of the Lord
Kumaraswamy - Mars sits on the lap of Eswara and hence gains exaltation.
Mars gets debilitated in Cancer, which is also a cardinal sign
but with water element. The water of Cancer kills the fire element of Mars.
This is like throwing a burning coal in the water. So the native may be coward,
impotent etc.
►MERCURY
: Mercury is the embodiment concept planet of the Lord Maha Vishnu &
when alone he or she., indicating intelligence and intellect. He is 'Alankara
Priya' (like Lord Maha Vishnu is 'Alankara Priya' - i.e., one who is fond of
adornment). Besides he is Stree Priya (fond of females). Mercury is exalted in
Kanya (the very name Kanya - female aspect - indicates the above qualities of
Mercury). Mercury does not want to become or remain showy in others houses. He
does not like exhibition in others house, which is not necessary to him.
Mercury is known for intelligence and analytical skills, a messenger etc.
Hence, Virgo is the exalted sign for Mercury.
Mercury gets debilitated in Pisces which is also dual sign with
water element. Pisces water element revolves the analytical intellect of
Mercury in a whirlpool of misplaced emotions and impractical ideas. Native with
debilitated Mercury are confused and unable to execute their talent properly.
Therefore Mercury is debilitated in Pisces.
►JUPITER
: The planet Jupiter is exalted in Cancer. Cancer is the sing of Oceanic
concept of milk where the Lord Maha Vishnu rests. When Devaguru (Jupiter)
enters Cancer, Jupiter will be hounoured., because the Oceanic concept of milk
is considered as the holy nectar and also Jupiter is exalted, because of the
visualisation of Paramatma (the Almighty).
In Capricorn, Jupiter gets debilitated. Capricorn is cardinal
sign with earth element, which does not allow Jupiter to flow his knowledge and
the native becomes egoistic, materialistic, self-centered person. So here
Jupiter cannot work as per his nature. Hence Jupiter gets debilitated in
Capricorn.
►VENUS
: Pisces is the feet of Lord Maha Vishnu, where the Goddess Lakshmi is
exalted. Piscess is the feet of Virat Swaroopa - hence the planet of Venus is
exalted in Pisces (Meena).
Goddess Laxmi is always being happy sat at Mahavishnu’s feet and
we have already discussed that Pisces is the feet of Lord Maha Vishnu. So the
opposite of Pisces i.e. Virgo sign is the head of Lord Maha Vishnu. This is
Mata Laxmi’s uncomfortable zone. Therefore Venus is debilitated in Virgo sign.
►SATURN
: In Sanskrit version says -
"Chaya
Marthanda Sambhootham"
Aquarius
is the 7th sign to Sun, which is the sign of Chaya (Aquarius). The planet
Saturn is exalted in the sign of Venus (Libra). Venus is the causative planet
of (Goddess Lakshmi), Maya (the concept of illusion) makes man to do Karma
expecting its Phala (expectation of results). Where there is wealth (money),
plenty of people will be working, there doing by expecting results (Money).
Saturn is debilitated in Aries which is a cardinal sign with
fire element. In Aries, Saturn’s air connects with fire and that fire makes
disaster and It will cause poverty, deprivation and want. It will keep us in
bondage and will take away all our vitality on a physical or mental level.
►DRAGON HEAD
AND DRAGON TAIL: There are controversies in exaltation and debilitation signs of
these two lunar nodes. Dragon Head is more like Venus, one who always wants to
enjoy the happiness of the material world. Dragon Tail is more like Sun and
Mars and has fire element. Astrologers do not have clear agreements on the
signs of exaltation and debilitation of these two planets, some says it is
Taurus and Scorpio and other says Gemini and Sagittarius. But Dragon Head and
Dragon Tail give good results in these signs.
Moreover in my practical research I have found that as Dragon
Head is of a demon’s nature as well as represent Muslim Community and attached
with Contentment, Maya, and Illusion etc. And since Venus is a Daityacharya,
who always support Dragon Head, so Dragon Head undoubtedly exalted in the house
of Venusians’ sign Taurus.
Similarly, as the basic instinct of Dragon Tail confers
secretive and Hide-and-seek and tends towards Spirituality, sadhana and
liberation. For spirituality, sadhana and liberation required a secret and
hidden place which is best fitted for the eighth house of the natural zodiac
i.e. Scorpio which is enlightens to the quality of Dragon Tail. That is why
there is no doubt that Dragon Tail is exalted in the sign of Scorpio.
